  • 7.00pm    Angela’s Tai Chi School. £6 per session when paid in advance or £7.50 on the night

  • 1:30pm - 3:30pm    Computers & iPads Made Easy
  • 8.00pm    Pilates. Gentle form of exercise designed to tone core muscles. £4


  • 9.15am    Making Tracks  A free cycle club – run at a leisurely pace with a friendly group. Bikes, helmets & safety equipment can be provided free of charge. Rides last approx 2.5 hours. Phone 281 9716 for details.

Hear to Listen - A confidential face-to-face listening service for anyone over the age of 16. A maximum of five 1-hour sessions can be offered.
Reflective listening has proved helpful in a wide variety of distressing situations. It is useful in a crisis or in the more ordinary pressures of life such as: Work, family life, illness, caring for others, relationships and bereavement.
