Monday
- 10.30am South Liverpool Foodbank. Open for food collection and advice
- 1.30pm Breathe Easy (fourth Monday of the month). British Lung Foundation

- 7.00pm Angela’s Tai Chi School. £6 per session when paid in advance or £7.50 on the night
Tuesday
- 12:30pm Healthy Cooking
- 1:30pm - 3:30pm Computers & iPads Made Easy
- 8.00pm Pilates. Gentle form of exercise designed to tone core muscles. £4
Wednesday
- 9.15am Making Tracks A free cycle club – run at a leisurely pace with a friendly group. Bikes, helmets & safety equipment can be provided free of charge. Rides last approx 2.5 hours. Phone 281 9716 for details.
- 10am - 12pm Cake Decorating
- 1:00pm - 3:00pm Computers & iPads Made Easy
- 1.15pm Facing Life in Pain. Self-help group for chronic pain sufferers
- 2.00pm Liverpool Decorative Fine Arts (third Wednesday of the month)

- 11am - 12:30pm Young at Heart (last Thursday of the month)Social activities for the over 55’s
- 6.00pm Emerge Community Arts, Music Makers - Emerge Community Arts delivers Interactive Music, Drama and Meditation sessions to children, young people and adults in the community. 0792 114 5901 OR 0782 813 3467
- 7.00pm Thursday Club. For adults with additional needs. Not on during half term.

- 9:30am - 12.30pm Help Information Service (HIS) The HIS service is open to anyone aged 18 or over who needs help, information or support. Free. No appointment necessary. Can help you fill out forms.

Hear to Listen - A confidential face-to-face listening service for anyone over the age of 16. A maximum of five 1-hour sessions can be offered.
Reflective listening has proved helpful in a wide variety of distressing situations. It is useful in a crisis or in the more ordinary pressures of life such as: Work, family life, illness, caring for others, relationships and bereavement.
