About Us
We are a free, women-led service based in Kensington helping all women across the Liverpool City Region that are currently unemployed. We provide support to women with a focus on well-being and self-esteem building, which will empower our clients to start
the journey towards improving their future through employment, education or training. We also offer support with understanding personal finances and budgeting so once you’ve gotten that new job you’re in the best place to continue moving forward.
Our service is completely free for any women in the Liverpool City Region, we just have two requirements, that you’re unemployed (we will need to see some proof of this, along with some ID) and that you want a better future for yourself. As well as a one-to-one
support, we also offer a way for our clients to engage with each other through regular coffee mornings and group activities*, this helps our clients build an important network of strong women that can be vital for support and advice.

We’ll work one-on-one with you to determine exactly how we can help you as an individual, rather than having a onesize-fits-all approach.
Online or in- person
We can provide online support to you if you can’t make it into the centre. We also have specific engagement areas within the centre where we provide our one-to-one support and technology, enabling you to have a greater reach towards the next step of your
journey.
Encouragement to focus on yourself
We host a unique and specialist course that focus’ on your well-being and relaxation in order to empower you to take the lead on your own journey, with us assisting you along the way.
Practical skills
We work with you on practical skills such as CV building and cover letter writing, interview skills or how to successfully search for a job or training, to name just a few.
Personal budgeting advice
Once you’ve gotten the job, figuring out your new finances and how to budget is the next step, and we can help with that. Even before you have the job of your dreams, figuring out your personal budget can be hard and we’ll always be on hand to help out.
Why focus on wellbeing?
In the past, we have worked with women that have had very low levels of self-esteem and have neglected self-care, we know this can lead to a lack of confidence and the mere thought of trying to sell yourself to a potential employer or trainer is overwhelming.
When you’ve been out of education or the workforce for some time, it’s also hard to know where to start looking and you can start to doubt yourself or be put off from even trying. We focus on self-care, self esteem and meditation in order to overcome these
obstacles before you reach them, making your whole journey a lot smoother.
