A wide range of courses for positive mental and physical health as well as cultural and creative opportunities.
The Life Rooms Everyman will be available every Monday and Tuesday from 10am to 3pm.
We provide many free, short courses at The Life Rooms. They range from courses to recognise, understand and manage symptoms like anxiety, depression and psychosis to creative workshop based courses to build confidence and self-esteem or develop skills in
arts like singing, crafts, music, comedy and drama.
Our courses can be accessed in three different ways: face to face at one of our sites, virtually via Zoom or online via our LearnWorlds platform where you can work in your own time and at
your own pace.
