Music Mondays are free informal interactive music sessions led by a musician from Liverpool Philharmonic.
About the sessions
Music Mondays are part of Liverpool Philharmonic’s Social Prescribing programme, and are open to adults in the Liverpool City Region.
The sessions aim to combat low mood and isolation through learning about music and connecting with others in a relaxed, fun and safe environment.
No prior musical knowledge is needed to get involved.
Enjoy a cup of tea or coffee after the workshop in our welcoming venue as part of the session.
Come along and try it out! You are welcome to attend as many of the sessions as you would like.
All sessions take place in Music Room, Liverpool Philharmonic Hall.
Sessions are free, but booking is required to attend.
The next sessions take place on:
- Monday 8 April 2024
- Monday 13 May 2024
