Yogalaties
Wednesdays – Hill Top, Mossley Hill Church, L18 8DB
6.30-7.45pm
This class is suitable for a beginner or those with experience. The class will include posture work, breathing & relaxation.
Please bring your own mat, blanket and bottle of water. Wear loose layers of clothing to be comfy, easy and free to exercise in. The Class fee is £8.
The class will simultaneously be broadcasted via Zoom, please ask for that code if you would prefer that.
Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga is an ideal class for anyone who would like to come to a gentle exercise class to improve their strength, flexibility, stamina, co-ordination and balance.
We welcome people of all ages in our classes.
The class is perfect for those who are convalescing or have mobility problems, or just want to take it easy. A variety of breathing, relaxation and meditation techniques will be covered, many of which can be used to deal with the ups and downs of daily life.
Please wear comfortable clothing to class. On Zoom every Wednesday at 12.00pm.
