A chair-based gymnastics programme designed to get older adults (55+) moving and living well with neurological disease such as dementia and Parkinson’s.
The class has huge benefits for people living with neurological disease and their loved ones, as it is social, fun and the unique aspect exercises specifically designed to improve cognition in the brain.
Classes
We have 2 community classes currently in the Woolton area for anyone over 55 to attend with no charge.
Tuesday 1.30pm – 3.30pm fortnightly

Friday 12pm – 2pm fortnightly

- Enjoy a cuppa, biscuits, and chat from 12noon – 1pm.
- The Love to Move session will run from 1pm – 2pm.
- Runs on the alternate Friday (to the St Marys class).

- Strawberry Field: Parking spaces available on-site, including a number of accessible parking spaces that are conveniently placed towards our main entrance. Accessible toilet on the ground floor. Fully wheelchair accessible with a clear pathway | St. Marys: onsite car park, fully wheelchair accessible with ramp and toilet.
