Walking Football programme open to anyone aged 40 years and older.
The programme supports people to remain physically and socially active playing football, albeit at a slightly slower pace.
Anyone who sprints, jogs or runs whilst the ball is in play will be penalised with a free-kick awarded to the other team.
The free-to-attend weekly football sessions are delivered by qualified Everton in the Community coaches at the People’s Hub all-weather astro-turf pitch. Training sessions are fun and open to all regardless of your ability whether you’ve played before or giving it a go for the first time.
