Support for Internet Explorer

It looks like you’re using Microsoft Internet Explorer as your web browser. This is now considered ‘end-of-life’, and Microsoft is withdrawing support for it because it uses outdated technology. This means that it will no longer receive important security updates and previous bugs will not be fixed.

This means that the risk and cost are placed on service providers to develop twice for modern browsers and again for Internet Explorer. As free, modern alternatives are available for most platforms it is difficult to justify spending public money on further development.

Please see the Withdrawal of support for Internet Explorer notice from NHS Digital for more information and guidance.

Frazzled – online

Provides a seven-day a week online community that offers three types of sessions.

All of our sessions provide the same safe space to share, talk and listen. We suggest trying each type, so you can find the one that’s right for you.

Ruby-led sessions

A large, one-hour Frazzled session with Ruby Wax held once every two weeks on Tuesday for around 100 people.

Facilitator sessions

Smaller, one-hour Frazzled session for approximately 15-20 people, run by a specially trained Frazzled Facilitator.

Mindfulness sessions

These 30-minute weekly sessions bring you back to yourself. One of our mindfulness experts will help your breathing, your mind, your body, and bringing you to the present moment.

What can I expect from an online meeting?

Frazzled Facilitated meetings run for an hour and  start with a run-through of our guidelines. This is to ensure confidentiality is respected and that there is safe environment for those that would like to share.

Each meeting opens and closes with a short mindfulness exercise. Your participation in these exercises is completely optional.

After the mindfulness exercise, if you would like to speak, all attendees can unmute themselves and talk about how they are feeling. If you would just like to listen, that is perfectly OK.

The Facilitator’s role is to ensure everyone that would like to speak gets a chance to, that the topics of conversation are appropriate for the space and that attendees are both present and respectful of the space and one another.

See the website for more information and the Session.

Need help now?

Frazzled is designed to provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment for people who are feeling frazzled and overwhelmed by the stresses of modern life. Please bear in mind that these meetings are not therapy sessions and are not designed for those who are in crisis or who are experiencing a serious mental ill health episode.

If you are currently suffering from serious mental illness, are being provided with significant secondary care, or are in crisis, please be advised that our meetings are not suitable for you. On this page there is a list of organisations with excellent resources that may be more equipped to support you than Frazzled at this time.
