Support for Internet Explorer

It looks like you’re using Microsoft Internet Explorer as your web browser. This is now considered ‘end-of-life’, and Microsoft is withdrawing support for it because it uses outdated technology. This means that it will no longer receive important security updates and previous bugs will not be fixed.

This means that the risk and cost are placed on service providers to develop twice for modern browsers and again for Internet Explorer. As free, modern alternatives are available for most platforms it is difficult to justify spending public money on further development.

Please see the Withdrawal of support for Internet Explorer notice from NHS Digital for more information and guidance.

Holistic Harmonies – Singing for Wellbeing

Weekly choirs in Liverpool.

Singing for Wellbeing for men and women of all ages.

Singing Mamas is for women of all ages with or without children. Babies and children welcome.

What we deliver

Singing Mamas | Jump to Singing for Wellbeing

Singing Mamas are a wide network of singing groups, specialising in supporting women and their mental health during the perinatal period.  We bring women together; to meet, connect and experience the freedom, energy and pure magic of harmony singing.  We accept Women of all ages because we believe that it takes a village to raise a child. Other women supporting and nurturing Mothers is vital for their sense of wellbeing.

  • Taster sessions are available at any time, send an email to book.

Mindfulness: Our mindfulness practice is a kind of meditation that we do with our eyes open or closed.

Check-in: This is a chance to speak about what you noticed during the mindfulness practice and what feels present for you.
