Support for Internet Explorer

It looks like you’re using Microsoft Internet Explorer as your web browser. This is now considered ‘end-of-life’, and Microsoft is withdrawing support for it because it uses outdated technology. This means that it will no longer receive important security updates and previous bugs will not be fixed.

This means that the risk and cost are placed on service providers to develop twice for modern browsers and again for Internet Explorer. As free, modern alternatives are available for most platforms it is difficult to justify spending public money on further development.

Incurably Wonderful – Chair Yoga and Chanting – Chronic Pain Exercises

A monthly chair yoga and chanting session.

Relaxing exercise session well suited to most levels of physical ability, along with soothing chanting to encourage mental wellbeing.

Do you wish to exercise, but struggle due to mobility issues or chronic pain? Incurably Wonderful organises activities and support for adults with chronic physical conditions and disabilities. A Chair Yoga session is an incredible opportunity to relax and exercise in a safe environment.

Our purpose is to help adults with chronic illness to improve their quality of life, as well providing support and help for their loved ones. With our support, people with chronic illness can, in time, increase their ability to participate in social and community life, and to find fulfilment and self-confidence.
