Social and inclusive touch rugby club in South Liverpool.
We’re open to all players (18+), regardless of:
- whether you’ve played touch rugby before
- how unfit you might feel
- your age, gender, ethnicity or sexuality
Everyone is welcome. We try to put on the best sessions possible so that everyone feels included.
We run different sessions throughout the week all year round to suit people of all abilities.
Social sessions
Very relaxed, for those just looking to have fun, improve their fitness or meet new people. We’ll start off with a warm-up and stretch, practise some basic skills then spend the rest of the session with social games. Open to all abilities and newcomers to touch rugby; we’ll explain everything to you as we go along, and just take it all at your own pace.
Tournament Training sessions
For those wanting to play more competitively we also run structured sessions with more intense drills, focus on tactics and strictly-refereed games to simulate competitive matches.
Women’s sessions
All players and standards welcome. Our fantastic volunteer coaches will talk you through the basics and get you playing in no time
