We provide information, advice, support and resources covering a comprehensive range of issues including housing, social activities, volunteering opportunities and more
Supporting Families
We can provide support to you and your loved ones as your family members manage their transition from military life to a new place in the civilian world
Debt
From figuring out what benefits you’re entitled to receive, to food and cost of living support, we work closely with all of the big-armed forces charities in order to find the best support for you and your family
Employability
We run drop-in sessions for individuals wishing to job search including support with creating a CV or filling a job application. We can also help if you’re looking to receive training or develop your skills
Veterans in Custody
Veterans HQ is commissioned by NHS England to support veterans who are in custody across NW England. We are the first point of contact for veterans and their families in custody across the North West
Health & Wellbeing
We can refer you to our in-house counselling team, NHS Op Courage or MerseyCare mental health support. We also organise various events aimed at improving overall mental health and wellbeing, which have proven to be very popular
Housing
We are here to support you with the process of property pool registration, to support your housing needs. We also work closely with Op Fortitude concerning referrals to veteran-only accommodation, however, we can also refer you to various social and private landlords
