Activities for carers in Liverpool.
If you look after someone who couldn’t manage without your help, you are entitled to a carer’s assessment.
An assessment will give you a chance to think about what support you need and how your caring responsibilities affect your wellbeing and quality of life.
If you are aged 18 or above and care for someone who is a Liverpool resident, you can complete the assessment online here

Carers Activities

Social Community Activities such as New Carers Welcome Sessions, Coffee and Chat, Singing, and Craft, Physical Wellbeing Activities such as Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi, Online Activities and Training Activities.
Drop in sessions for unpaid carers, who are registered with Local Solutions, in Hope Community Church Aintree L10 2JJ Every 4th Thursday of the month 1-3pm. If you’d like to register call 0151 705 2307. Flyer 25/1/24
