Support for Internet Explorer

It looks like you’re using Microsoft Internet Explorer as your web browser. This is now considered ‘end-of-life’, and Microsoft is withdrawing support for it because it uses outdated technology. This means that it will no longer receive important security updates and previous bugs will not be fixed.

This means that the risk and cost are placed on service providers to develop twice for modern browsers and again for Internet Explorer. As free, modern alternatives are available for most platforms it is difficult to justify spending public money on further development.

Promotes social inclusion for people with learning disabilities, mental health issues and acquired brain injury.

Our groups

We offer a selection of group supported activities throughout the week.
Please be sure to contact us before attending groups to register.

Fitness Monday

  • Monday 4pm (3 hours) at Park Road Lifestyles Gym
  • £3.60

Wellbeing Tuesdays

  • Tuesday 10am (2 hours 30 minutes) at Toxteth Town Hall
  • Yoga, Fitness Motivation & Dancing.

Crafty Wednesday

  • Wednesday 11am (4 hours) at Toxteth Town Hall
  • Great crafty and have some fun. Creativity and good company.

Bingo

  • Wednesday 1.30pm (2 hours) at Mount Carmel
  • Join us in our local bingo hall for fun, laughs and making new friends.
  • £3 bingo. £1 for each raffle. £1 unlimited coffee.

Wednesday Welcome Hub

  • Wednesday 10am (5 hours)
  • Travel & Activities
  • Go out and enjoy the day in a friendly group exploring this city’s brilliant sights.

Drama

  • Thursday 11am.Toxteth Town Hall
  • Learn about theatre, film & performance.

Thursday Fitness

  • Thursday 2pm. Park Road Lifestyles Gym
