No Strings is open to over 16 year olds only*, however any ability play is encouraged to come. It is £6 cash payable upon arrival, we don’t do a booking system you can turn up whenever is convenient to you. *Coaching sessions can be booked via the website.

- You can turn up whenever is convenient to you. Coaching sessions can be booked via the website.
- When is this activity on?
- Monday nights are 8-10pm plastic shuttles are used. Wednesday nights are 8-10pm feather shuttles are used. Coaching is on Wednesdays 7-8pm. Closed on bank holidays
- How much will it cost me?
- Session cost £6 Monday and £6.50 Wednesday. Coaching sessions are £5 for 1 hour payable at the end of the coaching session in cash.

- A racket. Only on Monday nights are we able to provide spare rackets.
