Support for Internet Explorer

It looks like you’re using Microsoft Internet Explorer as your web browser. This is now considered ‘end-of-life’, and Microsoft is withdrawing support for it because it uses outdated technology. This means that it will no longer receive important security updates and previous bugs will not be fixed.

This means that the risk and cost are placed on service providers to develop twice for modern browsers and again for Internet Explorer. As free, modern alternatives are available for most platforms it is difficult to justify spending public money on further development.

Please see the Withdrawal of support for Internet Explorer notice from NHS Digital for more information and guidance.

Plastic Paddle – paddleboat litter picking

Free paddleboard litter picking sessions at Albert Dock.

Join the Liverpool SUP Co for a litter pick like no other.

Step on a SUP and help us declutter the docks. Even rubbish in the docks finds it way out to sea where it can have a devastating effect on our marine wildlife.

The sessions is open to all and you can bring your own paddleboard or borrow one.

Spaces must be booked in advance.

See What's On page for the next date.

You will be given basic tuition, a litter picker, a bucket, a paddle a board and a life jacket then you are free to paddle round the docks for around an hour.

Bring your own board if you like.

No experience needed.
