Support for Internet Explorer

It looks like you’re using Microsoft Internet Explorer as your web browser. This is now considered ‘end-of-life’, and Microsoft is withdrawing support for it because it uses outdated technology. This means that it will no longer receive important security updates and previous bugs will not be fixed.

This means that the risk and cost are placed on service providers to develop twice for modern browsers and again for Internet Explorer. As free, modern alternatives are available for most platforms it is difficult to justify spending public money on further development.

Weekly activities

Monday    

3pm – 4pm Yoga £3.50 This class is aimed for 50+ and can be done standing, sitting or lying down.
Our tutor will meet your physical requirements. Please bring your own mat. Call

You can turn up for classes but some classes have limited places so call the centre to book your place.

Centre is open Monday to Friday 9.00am to 4.30pm.

Activities are around £3.50 per session
Disabled access
Our centre is ground level with level access entrances, wide doors for wheelchairs, loop system for the deaf, separate disabled toilets and colour schemes that assist the visual impaired. Braille and large print available
