Support for Internet Explorer

It looks like you’re using Microsoft Internet Explorer as your web browser. This is now considered ‘end-of-life’, and Microsoft is withdrawing support for it because it uses outdated technology. This means that it will no longer receive important security updates and previous bugs will not be fixed.

This means that the risk and cost are placed on service providers to develop twice for modern browsers and again for Internet Explorer. As free, modern alternatives are available for most platforms it is difficult to justify spending public money on further development.

What we do

We have a weekly hub that meets at 79 Kempston Street L3 each Friday from 10 – 12pm alongside Micah Community Market (websitewhere people can shop too they can but 15 non perishable items for £1.50. 

We also deliver hate crime awareness workshops in particularly for people new to UK with English as a second language.

Who is it for?

Our hub is open to anyone but we particular encourage people who are socially isolated with few support networks especially if English is a second language as this can be the biggest barrier in developing friendships.

We have 16 languages spoken. The below are our most common.

Arabic, Bulgarian, Burundi, Czech, French, German, Rwandan, Spanish, Urdu
