An online place to get support with mental health and wellbeing for people living with a mental health challenge, 18-years-old or over and have a Liverpool postcode.
The Upbeat Liverpool website is here to support you with lots of different ways in which you can look after your wellbeing. We’ve got our Self-Care Suitcase, which means you can create your own online suitcase filled with all your favourite articles and blog posts to take with you on your wellbeing journey.
We’ve also got lots of activities that can help relax your body and mind. You can do these online or face-to-face at our wellbeing centres in Liverpool. If you’d like to attend any of our sessions, you’ll need to become a PSS Wellbeing Centres member. You can do that here.

Timetable of activities
The Be Well Programme is a series of courses and activities you can get involved with if you are newly connected to the PSS Wellbeing Centres. Over a three-month period, you can choose from a range of wellbeing activities that you feel will best support you on your wellbeing journey with us. You can self-refer or ask a health professional to refer you by visiting our ‘How to Get Involved‘ page.
The Keeping Well Programme is for people who have already completed the Be Well Programme. It’s for anyone who wants to continue their support with us to maintain better mental health. We like to think of it as a gym membership for the mind, where people attend a fortnightly session to stay connected and well. It’s mainly run by volunteer peer supporters, who are people that also started their wellbeing journey with us and now want to give something back.
All of our courses are run from various locations around Liverpool—Belle Vale, the City Centre, and Garston. You can find out more about where we’re based on our contact us page. We also offer Zoom sessions for our weekly meditation and open-mic sessions.
