How can I get more mental health support and join live sessions?
If you identify as having a mental health challenge, you live in Liverpool (Liverpool City Council area) and you are 18-years old or over; you might also be able to join in on our live mental health sessions and get group support from our team. This way you can meet other people with similar experiences.
As a member you can sign-up to our Upbeat Forum to join mental health and wellbeing discussions, to share your experiences and get top-tips and advice on wellbeing approaches that work for different people.
