Support for Internet Explorer

It looks like you’re using Microsoft Internet Explorer as your web browser. This is now considered ‘end-of-life’, and Microsoft is withdrawing support for it because it uses outdated technology. This means that it will no longer receive important security updates and previous bugs will not be fixed.

This means that the risk and cost are placed on service providers to develop twice for modern browsers and again for Internet Explorer. As free, modern alternatives are available for most platforms it is difficult to justify spending public money on further development.

Poetry Walk
  • Thursdays, 11am – 12noon between 6, 13, 20 and 27 May 2021

Join us for a restorative walk around the park, accompanied by some nourishing poems. No walking or reading experience required. Our walks are a great way to get active, learn something and meet others. 

To ensure the comfort and safety of everyone, particularly clinically vulnerable group members, we ask that everyone wears a face mask and keeps a two metre distance from other group members.

Imagine Calderstones: A Walk Through Time
  • Monthly walk 11am on Wednesday

  • Each walk will focus on a different topic
  • No walking experience required

We are encouraging each participant to wear a mask or face covering, and respect social distancing by staying two metres apart during the walk.
