Weekly activities for adults
Easter Closure from Fri 29th March to Sun 14th April 2024. Normal activity will resume from Monday 15th April.
The timetable below is guidance only. See calendar for the latest schedule including children’s activities and the contact etails of each class.
For further information about our activities or if you would like to run an activity please contact Viki. We do close during Easter, Christmas, and August, and some of the children’s activities cease during half-term, so please contact Viki or the person who runs the activity to confirm it is on.
Monday
- 10:00 Adult Art classes. Sunday School Room. £92 for 11 weeks.
- 12:00 Golden Yoga £40 for a block of 6 classes or £8 drop-in. Mats provided. Please bring your own blanket.
- 12:30 Adult Life Drawing classes. Sunday School Room. £92 for 11 weeks.
- 16:30 Tai Chi for Adults.
- 17:30 Penny Lane School of Music, Guitar lessons for both children and adults.
- 17:45 Drop-in Green Party ‘surgery’ (Every 3rd Mon) Lawrence Brown holds a drop-in Green Party ‘surgery’ 17:45pm-18:45pm.
- 18:00 Strong Vinyasa Yoga for adults. £5.
- 19:15 Liverpool String Orchestra for adults. £5. Spring Term 2024: 15th Jan-25th March (no meeting on 19th Feb). Summer Term 2024: 22nd April-24th June (no meeting on 7th & 28th May).
- 19:30 5 Rhythms Dance £12 (cheaper options available)

- 10:30 Incurably Wonderful meet on the first 3 Tuesdays of each month at 10.30am.
- 11:30 Table Tennis for Adults. Main Hall. £3.

- 17:00 Penny Lane School of Music, Guitar Lessons for children and adults.
- 17:30 Pilates for adults. Main Hall. £8/£42 for 6 classes.
- 19:00 Tango for adults. One group class: £8 (card preferred, but cash accepted) Two group classes: £13
- 19:30 Liverpool Arts Lab Every 2nd Tuesday. Monthly meeting of Liverpool Arts Lab. All welcome.

- 18:00 Embodied Evening Flow 6 week block £40, single class £8.

- 09:30 Accessible, Therapeutic Yoga for Adults. £5.
- 10:00 Holistic Harmonies Mamas Singing Choir. Library. Mother and baby. £40 6-week block.

- 10:30 Coffee Morning for members of the community.
- 11:00 Dads Helping Dads Interested? You are most welcome to attend.
- 17:30 Penny Lane School of Music, Guitar lessons for both children and adults.
- 19:00 Thursday Club for adults with a learning disability.
- 19:00 Liverpool Voice, choir for adults.
- 19:00 Kundalini Yoga for adults.
- 19:00 River of Words, Creative Writing Group. Led by a published author. 7pm-9pm in the library. £5.
