A chair-based gymnastics programme designed to get older adults (55+) moving and living well with neurological disease such as dementia and Parkinson’s. We have in person classes in South Liverpool for anyone over 55 to attend with no charge.

Men's walk & talk group. All walks are free, booked on a first come basis and depart at 10am. BNENC also provides welfare rights advice and runs Boccia sessions, Befriending Clubs, and Cycle Projects to people in L5.
An inclusive initiative consisting of people who have a diagnosis of austic spectrum disorder, carers, family friends, and professionals. It is run purely by volunteers who have a lived experience of autism or a personal diagnosis.
